CLOSE - T-SHIRT FUNDRAISER
Brant Mental Health Solutions is fundraising to start a free support group (CLOSE) for those who have experienced pregnancy/infant loss. They tried to find groups like this in the Brantford/Brant communities to refer people to and couldn’t find anything that they felt was what they needed for our clients/community. They feel it is important to be able to provide specific support from a mental health professional and to provide a safe group for those who have experienced this loss to heal together.
"After experiencing a pregnancy loss in 2016, my husband and I felt completely lost. We were not able to fully process our grief and we weren’t provided with any referrals for support. We do not want other families to experience this loss alone. We look forward to creating and providing this much needed support group."
